According to a recent Health Authority survey, eating habits among the great majority of teenagers are changing for the better.

Moreover, seventy five percent prefer eating healthier cereals and wholemeal bread for breakfast rather than the traditional British Bacon and eggs. In addition, all young people appear to be eating less junk food such as hamburgers and pizza, although more than half of those interviewed eat meat every day.
