I can't find the file

Many members, namely the new ones, keep complaining about the contents of the attachments ; not because the attached files don't exist but because they ignore the right way to download.
To avoid any further problems, we decided to mention the steps:
1-Download the attached file
2-open the TXT file, select the link & copy it
3- go to the internet browser , find the address bar (as in the red rectangle) & paste the link
4- the website shows up & you have just to click on the download button
(In this server, it's the green button)
