EVALUATION:

Its purpose is to collect information about a particular course or program in order to "evaluate" its effectiveness and make decisions about it


ASSESSMENT:

Its purpose is to collect and interpret information over time about students' abilities and knowledge in order to help them improve

TESTING:

Its purpose is to measure a specific set of behaviours or skills at one point in time
