What is the real reason behind the incompletion of the syllabus?

This survey is intended for research & information about the progress of the syllabus.
Unofficial of course, it will give our colleagues the opportunity to stay in tandem.
All you have to do is to complete the table & past it in your post /or download the attached file , fill it then upload it in a new post.

Hi all,
I think that the reason behind the incompletion of the syllabus is that it's very long for the 1st years,,,
for the second years,there is no problem,the programme is finished very early.
for the third years time is enough to complete it exactely,i mean even with one or two weeks of (strikes,weather ,,,,,,etc)
lack of management of teacher :it may be one reason but only for the new teachers who never experienced the programme before.
